Perkeo & The Great Barrel
The Great Barrel in the Heidelberger Schloss held 220,000 litres of wine. When the court jester Perkeo was asked whether he could empty it alone, he simply replied: "Perché no?" (Why not?). Heidelberg pragmatism at its finest. Three centuries later he's still making the rounds: in Balatro, the award-winning card video game, Perkeo is one of five legendary Jokers. Some careers just never end.
